8:00AM Every morning I create an Excel Doc of the USDA Report from the past day. Sales floor meeting with the Account Managers, Director of Sales, and Director of Category Merchandising.
9:00AM Calling my key accounts to fill poultry orders.
10:00AM Calling my key accounts to fill poultry orders.
11:00AM Converting poultry orders into sales orders and entering them in our company database.
12:00PM LUNCH
1:00PM Continue to add poultry and beef items to existing orders to get them to a minimum of 500 kg.
2:00PM Adding poultry and beef items to existing orders.
3:00PM Closing the orders that need to go out for the next day delivery.
4:00PM 10% project research.
